What does balance mean?
Your balance are the available funds that you have received through gifts. When you receive the gift the corresponding funds will be added to your balance and you may withdraw it to the card or bank account that you linked to your wish to gift account.
How do I connect my bank or debit card?
In order to process withdrawals we partner with a third-party payment service provider called Stripe. When you first go to your balance page you will be directed to create a Stripe account.
What information do I need to withdraw gift funds?
When creating your Stripe account they may ask you for information to verify your identity. This is safe and secure and is used to keep bad actors off of the platform.
It says Iām too young to create a Stripe account what do I do?
For users between 13 and 17, depending on your jurisdiction you may be required to have a parent or guardianās consent in order to set up a Stripe account.
