Why do you need my birthday?
Your birthday is used to verify your age as well as let your friends know when your birthday is coming up so they can send you birthday gifts.
Do I need to use my full name?
We recommend using a name that you’re most comfortable with that will allow your friends to find an identify you went searching and adding friends.
Why can’t I change my username?
We only allow users to change their user name once per year. This is to keep any cases of impersonation to a minimum.
What is my color option and what does it mean?
We allow users to customize their profile color to add a bit more customization in design choices to the platform. All accounts have access to five main color options although you can unlock many more through completing the steps to unlock more choices.
What is the birthday emoji?
Your birthday emoji lets other users know that your birthday is coming up. When your friends see your birthday emoji on your profile page they know that they are able to schedule gifts that will be sent to you on your birthday.
